The Social component in Mition allows you to embed clickable icons that link to your organisation’s social media profiles. It’s a simple yet powerful way to encourage engagement, build trust, and extend your communication beyond the inbox.

When selected, the interface identifies the component type as “Social” and displays a visual icon representing popular platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Users can click “CHANGE TYPE” to switch to a different layout if required.

A Custom Style Override dropdown is available, allowing users to apply a unique style that differs from the overall form or template. This is useful for aligning the social icons with your brand colours or layout preferences.

Under the Fields section, users can configure:

  • Web URL: The main website link, often used as a fallback or homepage reference.
  • Facebook URL
  • Twitter URL
  • LinkedIn URL
  • Pinterest URL

Each field corresponds to a social media icon that will appear in the email. If a URL is entered, the icon will be displayed and linked accordingly. If left blank, the icon will not appear—allowing for a clean and tailored selection of platforms.

This component is ideal for:
