Time period: Maximum 6 weeks from start to Go Live

· Up to 2 hours of Weekly Support/Services to become module champions during project period via 1300MITION Support/Help Desk/Meetings

· Go Live Review & support.

Cost $5,000 (+GST) once off payment.

Time period: 6 to 12 weeks or Hybrid

NETWORK LIMITS
Each subscription also includes a web traffic limit

• 50TB web network traffic for CDN (cached document library)
• 10TB web traffic for non-CDN (all other traffic)
  

EXCESS FEES

All plans have these excess fees:
Excess Storage $0.40 (per GB)
Excess Emails $0.01 (per Email)
Excess SMS Messages $0.08 (Australia) $0.20 (International) (per SMS)
Excess Address Lookups $0.08 (per Address found)
SQL Database Size $4.00 (per 100 MB)
CDN Network traffic $0.20 (per GB)
Non-CDN Network traffic $0.20 (per GB)

MAXIMUM EXCESS LIMITS

Each plan has a limit on Excess:

4 x Included Emails
2 x Included SMS
2 x Included Address Lookups
(see packages for included numbers of these).

Once this limit reaches 50%, 85% and 100% warnings are sent to system administrators.

Once the max excess limit is reached the system will no longer allow any additional, until the limit is updated via Mition HQ.

Having a maximum excess limit protects organisations and provides a maximum cost / risk exposure. Our pricing packages are based to manage expected data min and max capacities including messaging capacity and this allow us to predict costs and manage risks.
