Tags are for categorising your current members, you can create tags to put people into regions or flags for activities and generally for anything you want.
We created tags to make it easy to include/exclude tagged members from the main member search screen. We also created these so you didn't get an overly large list of programs and roles to cater for identify all the different types of members.
Navigate to the member management area and open the profile of the user you want to tag.
Scroll to the section labeled “Tags.” This is typically found near company details or contact information.
You can assign tags while creating a new member. This allows you to categorize them immediately, saving time and ensuring they appear in the correct filtered views from the start.

Click on the dropdown menu. You’ll see a list of available tags or you can create it based on your organization. After selecting a tag, click the blue “+” button next to the dropdown. This will add the tag to the member’s profile.

Combine Filters for Precision
You can combine tag filters with other filters like Roles, Programs, Subscriptions, and Financial Status to narrow down your search.
MULTI - TAGS
You can multi-select tags using the dropdown component, allowing you to assign several tags to a member at once. This multi-tag selection makes it easier to manage large volumes of tags and helps streamline filtering, searching, and segmentation. Each selected tag will appear as a labeled chip with an “x” icon beside it for easy removal.
Adding tags to members is essential for organizing and segmenting your database effectively. Tags allow you to quickly identify specific groups and take targeted actions. Once members are tagged, you can either manage them individually or perform bulk actions—such as sending emails, SMS, downloading data, impersonating users, or applying edits—using the toolbar at the top of the dashboard. This makes communication faster, updates more efficient, and ensures the right members receive the right attention at the right time.
