The User Directory (Map) provides a visual way to explore and understand where users are located across regions. It displays user profiles on an interactive map, helping organisations identify geographic distribution, support local engagement, and improve visibility of teams or members. This tool is especially useful for organisations with dispersed communities, field teams, or location‑based accreditation requirements
Key Features
Users are shown on an interactive map based on their recorded address or assigned location, making it easy to see where individuals or groups are situated.
Administrators can configure which accreditation roles appear on the map by adding multiple role reference name.
Only the selected roles will appear in the map’s Role filter, ensuring users cannot view roles that are not intended to be publicly visible.
Enter the exact Role Reference name (e.g. Members). To allow more than one role, separate each with a comma (e.g. Members,Staff,Public-Users).
Users can search by name, role, or region, and apply filters to refine the map view. This helps quickly locate individuals or understand role distribution across areas.
Clicking a map marker reveals a snapshot of the user’s profile, including name, role, and key contact details.
